I was in a horrible car accident 3 years ago and now have chronic pain in my neck, low back, and right shoulder. I also suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury and now have a lot of anxiety. As a result I haven’t been unable to work like I used to, which has left me financially unstable and stressed.
